My order took weeks to fill. After 3 weeks, I was compelled to receive what arrived at the store. Finally, the last 2 items arrived. I'm being threatened. If I don't come tomorrow to retrieve the late items, they will return the items to the warehouse. I'm forced to wait 3 weeks for an order not completed. Now I'm pushed to travel by car (2 hours TT, drop everything to retrieve what IKEA shipped 5 weeks later? They ought to be banned from operating in USA territories. Shameful.

I enjoy going through the app and seeing what's new. I don't know if there are glitches with the last update, but there are some items that when you click on them to see them and see the details, they won't open - for example, the office desks.

I don't know who was in charge of the recent changes but the app has become very annoying to navigate. Glitchy filters, incomplete results and search words, etc. I literally switched to the main Ikea app to browse and then doubled back into the PR one to place an order for the items I'd found. Please improve the browsing experience - especially the sales section.
