Ingredients- Yoghurt
- Honey
- Peanut butter

- A banana
- Cut the banana in half.
- Add to bowl yoghurt, the sliced banana, honey, muesli and peanut butter.
Porridge cups with pomegranate and orange
Ingredients- Milk
- HJÄTEROLL oatmeal with seeds and quinoa
- Pomegranate
- Orange segments
- Add in a cup a spoonful of oatmeal with seeds and quinoa. Cover it with milk and let it rest, at least, 30 minutes.
- Finish it with the pomegranates and the orange segments.
Granola pancakes
Ingredients- Granola with nuts and dried berries
- Honey
- Toppings: peanut butter, red berry ham SYLT LINGON, strawberries…
- In a bowl mix the granola with the honey. When the dough is consistent make little portions and take them to the oven for 10 minutes at 180º.
- Once the pancakes are made, you just have to accompany them with the toppings you prefer.

- KAFFEREP almond cookies
- Honey
- Start by roasting the apple in the microwave. Cut the apple into wedges, add a little honey and bake for 5 minutes in 1 minute intervals.
- Crush the almond cookies
- Finally, put the yogurt, nuts, crushed crackers and baked apples on a plate.
