To collect your purchases, you must present your identity document, the invoice (physical or digital) and the card used to pay for the purchase. If it is another person who collects the purchase and not the holder of the purchase, you must bring with you the written authorisation showing the full name and ID of the holder, as well as the full name and ID of the authorised person, plus the aforementioned, i.e. ID document, the invoice (physical or in digital format) and the card with which the purchase was paid for.

Exchanges and returns

 

The customer is accountable for checking the goods upon home delivery. Changes or exchanges of faulty items will be admitted during the validity period of the guarantee from the date of purchase, being SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC. responsible for the shipping expenses, to the IKEA store. You should get in contact with us through our email callcenter@ikeasi.com or calling 787 750 4532 providing the details of the product, receipt, as well as the damage it suffers. Once we have received the information, we’ll indicate the way to proceed.

It's ok to change your mind!

That’s why you have 90 days to return your product if you’re not completely satisfied. Return it in its original packaging, unopened, unassembled and unused.

You must bring the purchase invoice for any changes and returns.

Refunds will be made via the same payment method used to pay for the purchase, however, cash refunds will be made exclusively at the main store, IKEA Bayamon Store or at our IKEA Ponce or Escorial Points.

Exceptionally, IKEA will be able to refund you via bank transfer upon request.

In the case of refunds via credit or debit card and bank transfer, they may be verified within 7-10 working days of the request (subject to validation by the financial intermediary).

Returns are not accepted, no refunds are made or price adjustments if the item is reduced on price after its purchase.

The order cannot be cancelled once placed, but if once you have received you purchase you are not completely satisfied with the items, you can return it without being opened, inside its original package alongside with the receipt, in a period of 90 days.
