How to pick up your purchase?

Check where to pick up your purchase
Check your receipt to find out where to pick up each item.

Scan the Delivery Receipt
Once you arrive at the store or warehouse, head to the Customer Service area and scan the barcode labeled "Delivery Receipt." If you have more than one code, please scan both.

Wait for your purchase
We will locate your purchase and deliver it to you.

If you shop in-store
Remember, if you shop in-store, you must pick up your purchase the same day.
Documentation needed to pick up your purchase
To pick up your purchases, you will need to present your identification document, the invoice (physical or digital), and the card used for the purchase.
