Lentil salad with marinated salmon

It’s a lentil salad with marinated salmon, that you will be able to save for 3 days with our KROKEN jars, so this preparation is ideal to make in advance. Besides, the combination of herbs, spices and oil will provide the meal of a very special taste ; )

INGREDIENTS
For the KORKEN jar:- 300 gr. of SJÖRAPPORT salmon fillet
- SOMMARSKÖRD pickled gherkins
- Fresh dill
- Lemon pepper
- Extra virgin olive oil
- 300 gr. of boiled lentils
- 1 red pepper
- 1 green apple
PREPARATION
We will start with the preparation of the KORKEN.
- We will cut the salmon in dices, add salt and pepper on it and put it in the jar.
- We will add 12 pickled gherkins slices, as many fresh herbs as your like and we will fill the jar extra virgin olive oil.
- We mix everything, close the jar, and let the salmon marinate for 20 minutes.
- We will chop the pepper, green apple and red onion in little pieces.
- We will add the drained lentils in a bowl, as well as 25 slices of pickled gherkins, aromatic herbs chopped as you wish, and oil, salt and pepper.
- To conclude, when serving the salad, we will add our previously marinated salmon dices.
