1. PROMOTION SPONSOR: SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC ("IKEA") (hereinafter referred to as "The Organizers") will carry out the promotion called "10% IN IKEA FAMILY PURCHASE VOUCHER INSTEAD OF YOUR USUAL 5%" (hereinafter referred to as "the Promotion"), which will be governed by the rules established in this regulation (hereinafter referred to as "The Promotion Rules").

3. TERRITORIAL SCOPE OF THE PROMOTION: This Promotion will be valid on the island of Puerto Rico on Saturday, March 16, 2024. (hereinafter referred to as "Promotion Period").
4. PARTICIPANTS: All individuals of legal age, members of IKEA Family Loyalty, who make and pay for the purchase of one or more furniture and decoration items (without any minimum consumption) in Store and IKEA Points, through Teleorders and web purchases during the promotion period.
5. PROMOTION DYNAMICS AND PARTICIPANTS: NOTHING TO BUY TO PARTICIPATE. IKEA FAMILY LOYALTY customers, who register their card at the checkout in Store and IKEA Points, through Teleorders and web purchases (excluding transportation, installation, and assembly services) within the promotion period when paying for their furniture and decoration purchases, will receive a 10% (5% usual + additional 5%) discount on the value of their invoice in the form of a purchase voucher, which will be received 35 days after the end of the month in which they made the purchase, according to the discount accumulation policy; a minimum of $8.00 accumulated to receive the deposit and a maximum of $200 dollars..
6. PRIZE: A 10% purchase voucher for IKEA Family Loyalty members (5% usual + additional 5%) as detailed in point "5. Promotion Dynamics" (excluding transportation and assembly services). *Promotional discount not cumulative with other discounts from the IKEA Family Loyalty card*
7. PERSONAL DATA: The personal data provided by customers to participate in this Promotion will be incorporated into the data file called "PROMOTIONS", owned by SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC (IKEA). 8. ACCEPTANCE OF THESE RULES: Mere participation in the Promotion implies acceptance of these rules and also consent under the Privacy Policy Notification Law, LAW NO. 39 OF JANUARY 24, 2012, by participants that the registered data may be used by SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC / IKEA-PR to communicate other campaigns or promotions, without the need to expressly consent in writing to the use of their personal information for these purposes. In case of doubts or discrepancies in the interpretation of these rules, they will be referred to the applicable law in Puerto Rico. The rules will be available during the period in which the Promotion is valid on the website www.ikea.pr. 9. GENERAL: THE ORGANIZERS may disqualify and/or exclude from the promotion those customers who directly or indirectly have altered, breached, or violated the rules established in these Promotion Rules.
10. APPLICABLE LEGISLATION: This promotion is governed by the current legislation in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, especially Commercial Practices Regulation No. 9158 of February 6, 2020, and these rules.
