NAME OF THE PROMOTION: 10% ON PURCHASE CHECK WITH IKEA FAMILY INSTEAD OF YOUR USUAL 5%, ON MAY 27, 2024.
1. PROMOTION SPONSOR: SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC (“IKEA”) (hereinafter referred to as “The Organizers”) will carry out the promotion that will be called “10% IN PURCHASE CHECK WITH IKEA FAMILY INSTEAD OF YOUR 5%” (in hereinafter referred to as “the Promotion”), which will be governed by the bases established in these regulations (hereinafter referred to as “The Promotion Bases”).

3. DURATION AND TERRITORIAL SCOPE OF THE PROMOTION: This Promotion will be valid on the island of Puerto Rico on May 27, 2024. (hereinafter referred to as the “Promotion Period”).
4. PARTICIPANTS: All natural persons of legal age, members of IKEA Family Fidelity, who make and pay for the purchase of one or more furniture and decoration items (without any minimum consumption) in the IKEA Store and Points, through Teleorders and Web purchases during the promotion period.
5. PROMOTION DYNAMICS: 5+5 (10% in CR) customers who register their card at the IKEA Store and Points checkout, through Teleorders and Web purchases (excludes transportation, installation and assembly services) within the period of the promotion when paying for their purchases of furniture and decoration items, they will receive a 10% (regular 5% + additional 5%) discount on the value of their invoice in the form of a purchase check, which will be received at the 35 days from the end of the month in which the purchase was made, according to the discount accumulation policy; a minimum of $8.00 accumulated to receive the deposit and a maximum of $200 dollars.
6. PRIZE: 10% Purchase check for IKEA Family Loyalty members (regular 5% + additional 5%) as detailed in point “5. Promotion Dynamics” (excludes transportation and assembly services). *Promotional discount cannot be combined with other IKEA Family Fidelity card discounts*
7. PERSONAL DATA: The personal data that customers provide to participate in this Promotion will be incorporated into the data file called “PROMOTIONS”, property of SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC (IKEA). 8. ACCEPTANCE OF THE PRESENT BASES: The mere participation in the Promotion implies acceptance of these bases and also consent under the Privacy Policy Notification Law, LAW NUMBER. 39 OF JANUARY 24, 2012, by the participants that the registered data may be used by SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC / IKEA-PR to communicate other campaigns or promotions, without the need to expressly consent in writing to the use of their personal information for these purposes. If there are doubts or discrepancies in the interpretation of these bases, they will be referred to the law applicable in Puerto Rico. The bases will be available during the period in which the Promotion is valid on the website www.ikea.pr.
9. GENERAL: THE ORGANIZERS may disqualify and/or exclude from the promotion those clients who have directly or indirectly altered, failed to comply or violated the rules established in these Promotion Bases.
10. APPLICABLE LEGISLATION: This promotion is governed by the legislation in force in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, especially Commercial Practices Regulation No. 9158 dated February 6, 2020 and these rules.
