NAME OF THE CONTEST: “How do you celebrate the 4th of July”
These are the Terms and Conditions under which the: “How you celebrate the 4th of July” will be developed and carried out. The person who wishes to participate acknowledges and accepts that the development and execution of this promotional activity will be subject solely and exclusively to the Terms and Conditions of these bases and our website.
1. PROMOTION SPONSOR: SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC (“IKEA”). For the purposes of this contest we make a formal choice of domicile at SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC. 2. DURATION AND TERRITORIAL SCOPE: This Promotion will be valid on the island of Puerto Rico from June 13 to July 1, 2024, ends on Monday, July 1, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. Those participations that have been made after the aforementioned dates and times will be considered void, as well as those that do not include all the requested requirements.
3. PARTICIPANTS: All boys and girls between 3 and 10 years old who, during the Period from June 13 to July 1, 2024, have followed the steps of the contest mechanics.
4. CONTEST MECHANICS: Participation occurs when the child draws a picture of how to spend the 4th of July at home and they take the drawing to the IKEA Bayamón or Carolina store and place the drawing in the urn, so that the drawing can participate. Parents must place their information on a sticker that will be given to them at the IKEA Family stand with the following information: name, surname, email, telephone number and IKEA Family number (if you do not have IKEA Family you can register immediately ). The winner will be contacted by telephone and email, so correct registration of personal data will be necessary.
5. ARE EXCLUDED: Employees and family members of SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC (“IKEA”) and related companies are excluded.
6. CHOICE OF WINNERS: 1 winner will be chosen through a live broadcast on the IKEA Puerto Rico Facebook account through selection at the polls. To be a winner, you must have complied with the contest mechanics indicated in point 4.
Note: IKEA Puerto Rico may disqualify people who have won or participated in any of the contests held in the last 6 months by the brand or the organizer.
7. PRIZE: A creative set from the MÅLA series that includes (MÅLA Paper assorted colors/assorted sizes 30193323, MÅLA Marker Pen 00477610, MÅLA Box of watercolors assorted colors 20193267, MÅLA Box of drawing accessories 40459893m MÅLA Colored pencil 50477599, M ÅLA Crayon 30477623, MÅLA Scissors 50477617 and MÅLA Paint various colors 20477614) and depending on the age of the winner Children 6 to 10 years: PÅHL Desk 89437475, VIMUND Desk chair for children 50531964 and Children from 3 to 5: FLISAT Children's table 50298418 MAMMUT Children's chair 40365371. The purchase check is non-transferable and must be used by the customer. The amount of the purchase check cannot be used to pay for transportation or assembly services nor will it be exchangeable for another or a cash value.
8. WINNER: On July 2, 2024, 1 winner will be chosen through a live broadcast on the IKEA Puerto Rico Facebook account through selection at the polls.
9. NOTIFICATION OF THE WINNER AND DELIVERY OF THE PRIZE: The winner of the contest will be published through stories on Instagram and Facebook on July 3, 2024 in the @IKEAPuertoRico accounts. The winner will be notified by phone call or email to the number and email that the winner has provided in the form sent to participate, indicating the steps to validate the prize. The organizers are not responsible for expenses incurred by the winner to claim the prize, it must be picked up at the IKEA Bayamón store facilities. If the winner does not respond to contact within 24 hours of ending the contest, the organizer will choose an alternate winner.
10. PERSONAL DATA: The personal data that customers provide to participate in this Promotion will be incorporated into the data file called “PROMOTIONS”, property of SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC (IKEA). If there are doubts or discrepancies in the interpretation of these bases, they will be referred to the law applicable in Puerto Rico.
