1. ORGANIZER
SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC (“IKEA”) (hereinafter referred to as “The Organizers”) will carry out the activity called “LET'S TOAST TO THE GOOD SUMMER!” (hereinafter referred to as “the Activity”) which will be governed by the bases established in these regulations (hereinafter referred to as “The Bases of the Activity”). 3. TERRITORIAL SCOPE OF THE ACTIVITY:
This Activity will be valid in Puerto Rico on Saturday, June 22, 2024 from 12 to 3 pm specifically in the locations:
- IKEA Bayamón, Santa Rosa Mall, 1455 Avenida Aguas Buenas, 402 Bayamón, Puerto Rico 00959.
- IKEA Carolina, Plaza del Este, Ave. 65 Infantería (PR-3) & PR-8887, Carolina, Puerto Rico 00987.

4. PARTICIPANTS:
All individuals over 21 years of age who visit IKEA stores in Bayamón and Carolina, with certain applicable restrictions.

5. DYNAMICS OF THE ACTIVITY:
By purchasing a LODRÄT 17 oz glass (502.093.37) the customer will be able to receive a 12 oz service of Patria Light Lager Beer with 4.6 degrees of alcohol in the Bayamón and MAMBO Passion Fruit Wheat store Beer Ocean Lab for Carolina's store. Quantity available for sale 156 LODRÄT 17 oz glasses (502.093.37) 104 for the Bayamón store and 52 for the Carolina store.

5.1 CONDITIONS AND SOME RESTRICTIONS:
- All glasses used in the activity will be previously washed and prepared following the highest standards of hygiene and quality.
- Minimum age for alcohol consumption: 21 years. Identification may be requested to verify age.
- Consumption limit: Each customer can only receive one recharge per day regardless of the purchase amount.
- Conduct: IKEA may suspend or refuse alcohol service to any customer who, in the opinion of our staff, behaves inappropriately.
- Consumption on the premises: Beer consumption will be limited to the Restaurant area at IKEA Bayamón and the Swedish Café area at IKEA Carolina. Participants will not be able to leave our facilities with the drink.
- Safety and well-being: We promote responsible consumption and remind our customers of the importance of not drinking and driving. The use of alternative transportation is encouraged if you plan to consume alcohol.
- Pregnant women: The consumption of alcoholic beverages at any stage of pregnancy can be harmful to the baby regardless of the stage of gestation and the amount of alcohol consumed.

- Mixing alcohol with medications: Puts you at risk of adverse reactions. If you are taking medication, do not consume alcohol.

8. GENERAL PROVISIONS: Mere participation in the activity implies acceptance of these rules. If there are doubts or discrepancies in the interpretation of these bases, they will be referred to common law. The bases will be available during the period in which the activity is valid in IKEA Puerto Rico stores and on the website. The personal data that participants provide to participate in this activity will be incorporated into a data file owned by SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC. 9. GENERAL: Any attempts at gambling or other similar methods are prohibited. No automatic, programmed, robotic or similar registration will be permitted. THE ORGANIZERS may disqualify or exclude from the promotion those participants who have directly or indirectly altered, failed to comply or violated the rules established in these Promotion Bases.

10. APPLICABLE LEGISLATION: This activity is governed by the legislation in force in Puerto Rico and by these bases.
