1. PROMOTION SPONSOR: SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC (“IKEA”) (hereinafter referred to as “The Organizers”) will conduct the promotion called “10% IN PURCHASE VOUCHER FOR ONLINE PURCHASES OVER $50” (hereinafter referred to as “the Promotion”), which will be governed by the rules established in this document (hereinafter referred to as “The Promotion Rules”).

DURATION AND TERRITORIAL SCOPE OF THE PROMOTION: “10% Purchase Voucher on your online purchases over $50” This online Promotion will be valid in the Island of Puerto Rico for 32 hours, from 00:00 on June 20th until 8:00 am on 21/06/2024, on the website www.ikea.pr and the IKEA Inspire APP (hereinafter referred to as the “Promotion Period”).
4. PROMOTION MECHANICS AND PARTICIPANTS: All individuals of legal age who make and pay for an online purchase over $50 on the website www.ikea.pr or the IKEA Inspire app of IKEA items, excluding transport and assembly services, will receive ten percent (10%) of the value of their invoice in a Purchase Voucher to be used online.
5. SPECIFIC CONDITIONS:
a) NON-CUMULATIVE PROMOTION WITH OTHER PURCHASE VOUCHER PROMOTIONS: If two or more promotions of this type coincide on the same purchase invoice, you will receive via email the purchase voucher of the highest amount, which you can use through your store, IKEA point, or online. The purchase voucher will not be refundable, reactivatable, or transferable to any person.
b) Receipt of the Purchase Voucher: The customer will receive the purchase voucher via email once the purchase invoice has been issued and validated and/or confirmed.
c) Redemption Date of the Purchase Vouchers: The date range in which the customer can use said voucher online and/or in-person (pickup point) spans from June 22 to July 7 inclusive.
d) The purchase voucher will be calculated on the total value of the purchase, excluding contracted services (transport and/or assembly).
e) Online purchase voucher promotions may in some cases be subject to special conditions such as minimum purchase amounts or the purchase of specific items. These conditions will be reflected in the promotion and in the specific rules of the promotion. Redeeming an online purchase voucher will never generate another purchase voucher.
f) Online purchase voucher promotions will generate a purchase voucher of a maximum amount of $600.
g) THE ORGANIZERS may cancel the promotion, modify the dates, the terms and conditions of these promotion rules, as well as the presented prizes, at any time for justified reasons. In the event of cancellation or changes to the promotion, it will be notified on our website www.ikea.pr
h) In the event of returning a purchase containing items subject to this promotion, the credit note will not include the ten percent (10%) as applicable and as specified in “point 4” of these rules.
6. PRIZE: A purchase voucher worth 10% of the online purchase invoice of IKEA items in a Purchase Voucher to be used online or in-person at IKEA Points.
7. PERSONAL DATA: The personal data that customers provide to participate in this Promotion will be incorporated into the data file called “PROMOTIONS”, owned by SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC (IKEA). 8. ACCEPTANCE OF THESE RULES: Mere participation in the Promotion implies acceptance of these rules and also consent under the Notification of Privacy Policy Law, LAW NO. 39 OF JANUARY 24, 2012, by the participants that the registered data may be used by SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC / IKEA-PR to communicate other campaigns or promotions, without the need to expressly consent in writing to the use of their personal information for these purposes. In case of doubts or discrepancies in the interpretation of these rules, they will be referred to the applicable law in Puerto Rico. The rules will be available during the period in which the Promotion is valid on the website www.ikea.pr. If the winning participant is not interested in participating in these publications, they can send an email to lopd@ikeasi.com rejecting their consent. 9. GENERAL: THE ORGANIZERS may disqualify and/or exclude from the promotion those customers who directly or indirectly have altered, failed to comply with, or violated the rules established in these Promotion Rules.
10. APPLICABLE LAW: This promotion is governed by the legislation in force in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, particularly the Commercial Practices Regulation No. 9158 dated February 6, 2020, and these rules.
