PROMOTION RULES “Participate and win this Black Friday with IKEA Family”.

  1. PROMOTIONAL SPONSOR: SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC (“IKEA”) (hereinafter referred to as “The Organizers”) will conduct the promotion to be called “Participate and Win this Black Friday with IKEA Family”. (hereinafter referred to as “the Promotion”), which shall be governed by the terms and conditions set forth herein (hereinafter referred to as “the Promotion Rules”).

DURATION AND TERRITORIAL SCOPE OF THE PROMOTION: This Promotion will be in effect on the island of Puerto Rico during the 24 hours of November 1, 2024 from 12:00 a.m. to 11:59 p.m. on November 25, 2024 (hereinafter referred to as the “ PromotionPeriod ” ). (hereinafter referred to as the “Promotion Period”). Gift Certificates will be valid from November 29, 2024 through December 31, 2024.

  4. PARTICIPANTS: All IKEA Family Loyalty members of legal age who make, pay for and register the purchase of one or more furniture and décor items with a minimum of $150.00 in IKEA stores and at IKEA Points, through Tele-Ordering and Web Shopping during the promotion period. Employees and family members of SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC (“IKEA”) and related companies are excluded.

  5. PROMOTION DYNAMICS: IKEA FAMILY FIDELITY customers who register their invoices with a minimum amount of $150.00 in the form from November 1 to November 25, 2024 will be entered to win 1 of 5 gift certificates for the value of $400.00 each.

  6. PRIZE: 5 Gift Certificates in the amount of $400.00.

  7. PERSONAL DATA: The personal data provided by customers to participate in this Promotion will be included in the data file called “PROMOTIONS”, property of SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC (IKEA) Address: IKEA Bayamón, Santa Rosa Mall, 1455 Avenida Aguas Buenas, 402 Bayamón, Puerto Rico 00959.   8. ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS: The mere participation in the Promotion, implies the acceptance of the present bases of the same and also the consent under the Privacy Policy Notification Act, LAW NUM. 39 OF JANUARY 24, 2012, by the participants that the registered data may be used by SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC / IKEA-PR to communicate other campaigns or promotions, without the need to expressly consent in writing to the use of their personal information for such purposes. In case of any doubt or discrepancy in the interpretation of these terms and conditions, the applicable law in Puerto Rico shall apply. The rules will be available during the period in which the Promotion is in force on the web www.ikea.pr.

  9. GENERAL: THE ORGANIZERS may disqualify and/or exclude from the promotion those clients who directly or indirectly have altered, breached or violated the rules set forth in these Promotion Rules.

  10. APPLICABLELEGISLATION: This promotion is governed by the legislation in force in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, especially Trade Practices Regulation No. 9158 dated February 6, 2020 and these terms and conditions.
