    Browse through our inspirations. Click on the images and add the items to your shopping cart.

    Find that item you’re looking for by using the main menu. Go into the room and then select the type of item you want. You can also find the item at the Product menu, or through our popular items. Everything you need is available in the Browser at the top side of the page.

    Add all the items you want to your shopping cart.

    If an item is out of stock, you can include your email so we let you know when it’s available again.

    When you’re ready, click on the make purchase button. Sign up by filling out a simple form and you’ll get to checkout.

    Review your purchase and confirm your address details for the delivery. We rely on Tropical Shipping to deliver your purchase from the Puerto Rico warehouses to St. Maarten. All our delivery times and rates are available on our delivery page.

    If you prefer, you can request the teleordering service, a whole team of experts at your disposal.

    We’ll call you at the time that works best for you to resolve any doubt you may have and, if you prefer, finish the payment with you.

    Your order will be delivered to your home within 7 to 14 days of purchase. The shipping company will contact you to arrange a delivery date. If you're unable to receive your order at home, you can pick it up at their warehouse.

    Shipping is free for orders over $500. For smaller orders, shipping rates apply. Check here for details

If the item is damaged and you wish to return it, you simply have to fill in the following form within no more than 7 days.
Once your purchase is completed, you have 24 hours to cancel it, as long as it hasn’t left our Puerto Rico warehouse.

Orders

 

The delivery time varies between 7 and 14 days from the time of purchase.

You can pay for the delivery at the moment of placing your order. It's free for orders over $500.

You can know where your purchase is by heading to ‘Log in’ on the top of the home page. Then access My account > My orders. Also, we will keep you updated on every process via sms or email. Additionally, you can tap the truck icon on top of the home page and type your invoice number to track your order. If you prefer or you need additional information, get in contact with customer relations by calling: 721 542 5522 or at sx.customer.relations@ikea.pr

Your order will be conveniently delivered to your home. You will be contacted by the delivery company to arrange the delivery. If the delivery company is unable to deliver your order to your home after three attempts, you will be notified of a location where you can pick it up.

Adding items to an order that is already placed is not possible, but you can make as many orders as you want.

IKEA currently works with Tropical Shipping, LLC, who is in charge of shipping your order and informing you of the service conditions in case you need additional information.

Payment

 

Card payment: This option allows you to close the online shopping process, using an Elavon payment gateway so that all transactions are made under a safe connection. You can use all your Visa, Mastercard and ATH credit and debit cards.

Direct payment or through IKEA’s Contact Center: You can pay for your purchase by phone, assisted by one of our members of IKEA’s Contact Center. If you choose this option, we will get in contact with you to complete your purchase and inform you about everything related to your order.

Yes. All transactions are done under a safe connection that guarantees the confidentiality of all your data.


Exchanges and return

 

It is very important that you check the condition of the goods once you receive them.
All purchases are pre-insured, meaning that apart from the shipping, there is a small additional cost of approximately 10USD for your peace of mind. However, if for any reason you do not want to insure your purchase or you have any doubt regarding shipping, you can get in contact with www.tropical.com
If you notified that you did not want insurance, that will be the moment when you can make any claim. If you have not notified the cancellation of the insurance, you will have 3 working days to make any claim.

You have 90 days to exchange or return your items from www.IKEA.sx In this case, you will have to use your own shipping company and hire the shipping. Once it arrives to our facilities, we will check the condition of the purchase. Remember that in order to credit the 100% of your purchase, both the contents and the packaging must be unused and in perfect condition. If that is not the case, we will not be able to refund the full amount as we will have to remove the products from circulation.

Hygiene products such as towels, bedding, blankets, mattresses, protectors, etc, will not be admissible for return, even if they are unused.

Remember to check, at the time your purchase is handed over, all the goods and their condition.If you detect that there is some item missing or damaged, you will have to notify it at this time and fill out the claim form provided by the shipping company. Take into account that once you sign the shipment document where you accept having received all the goods correctly, you will not be able to make a claim if some item is missing or damaged.

If you detect any quality defect once you have picked up your purchase, you have 7 days to communicate it through this form. Do not forget to attach photos and videos of the defect if necessary.
