You can choose pickup at IKEA Bayamón Store, Carolina Store, IKEA Ponce Pickup Point or IKEA Bayamón Warehouse. We will notify you by email and/or SMS when you can come to pick up your purchase.

Delivery time:
- Pick up your purchase at Warehouse IKEA Bayamón within 24 hours for purchases made before 2pm. For purchases made after 2pm, collection will be within 48 hours.
- Pick up your purchase at IKEA Carolina and Ponce within 1 - 2 days.
To collect your purchases, you must present your identity document, the invoice (physical or digital) and the card used to pay for the purchase. If it is another person who collects the purchase and not the holder of the purchase, you must bring with you the written authorisation showing the full name and ID of the holder, as well as the full name and ID of the authorised person, plus the aforementioned, i.e. ID document, the invoice (physical or in digital format) and the card with which the purchase was paid for.
Remember that, once we have notified you, you have 2 days to come and collect your purchase. After that time, we will be forced to cancel your order.

In addition, we will inform you through email and SMS:
- If you come to pick up your purchase, we will send you an SMS when your purchase is ready to pick up.
- If you request transportation to your home, the transport company will contact you to specify the day and time delivery.
- If you request parcel delivery, the transport company will send you an email and an SMS confirming the delivery date.
